Delete Your Account & Data

Overview

DrumShed™ is developed and operated by DrumShed LLC. This page explains how to delete your DrumShed account and the data associated with it. Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

Delete Your Account in the App

You can delete your account directly from the DrumShed app at any time. No request or waiting period is required.

What Gets Deleted

When you delete your account, we erase the data associated with it from our servers immediately as part of that request, including:

• Your account profile (Apple/Google-provided identifier, name, and email if shared)
• Your practice history, drill results, streaks, personal records, and achievements
• Your practice sessions and any drills (beats and fills) you created
• Your AI conversation history
• Your notification and email preferences, and any push notification tokens
• Any connected YouTube tokens and channel details

Routine backups and error-reporting records age out shortly afterward on their normal schedules.

You are also signed out, and locally stored app data is cleared from your device as part of the deletion flow.

What May Be Retained

• Copies ("forks") of your published drills that other drummers saved remain available to those users with their original attribution
• Records we are legally required to keep (for example, transaction records related to subscriptions) may be retained for the legally required period
• Subscription billing is managed by Apple or Google; cancel any active subscription through your App Store or Google Play account, as deleting your DrumShed account does not cancel it

Get a Copy of Your Data First (Optional)

Deletion is permanent, so if you want a copy of your profile, practice history, or creations, request it before you delete. Email privacy@drumshed.studio from the address on your account and we will send you a copy.

Request Deletion Without the App

If you no longer have access to the app, you can request account and data deletion by emailing us from the email address associated with your account:

Include "Account Deletion Request" in the subject line. We will verify your identity and complete the deletion within 30 days.
