Fill flow I
Fills as flow: one sticking kept even while the notes move round the kit. Singles into doubles, the paradiddle family and sixes in triplets and sextuplets, each with a written fill as the check, and on the last day your own flow fills into every change of a gospel shuffle. A song to play along with every day (two tracks).

This path is self-guided practice: each day you work against a reference the app plays and judge your own progress. DrumShed does not listen to your playing, score your accuracy, or measure your timing. Enrolling is an All Access feature ($5.99/mo, or lifetime with Founding Member); free members can browse the whole plan in the app first.
