Every format you need

Build the pattern once, then export it as a 9:16 Reel, a 16:9 YouTube clip, a notation PNG for a lesson, or a link a bandmate can open.

📱

Portrait video

9:16 for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts — plus 4:5 for feed posts. Grid view with sticking overlays and tempo display.

🖥️

Landscape video

16:9 for YouTube and horizontal platforms, or 4:3 when you want it. Full grid view with more detail visible.

Square video

1:1 for Instagram feed posts. Compact grid layout optimized for the square frame.

🎼

Standard drum notation rendered as a high-res PNG. Perfect for lesson handouts, social posts, or reference.

Shareable link

Generate a link anyone can open in DrumShed. They see the pattern, hear it play, and can clone it to their library.

💧

Custom watermark

Your DrumShed username sits in the corner of every exported video, so the credit travels with the clip when it gets reposted.

How pattern sharing works

Every beat and fill you create in DrumShed can be published to the Explore community. When you publish, other drummers can discover your pattern through genre filters, search, and the curated feed. They can star it, clone it, and follow you for future patterns. Publishing is one tap — your pattern goes live immediately.

Export any pattern as video in five aspect ratios — 9:16 for TikTok, Reels, and Shorts, 4:5 for feed posts, 1:1 for square, 4:3, or 16:9 for YouTube. Each video shows the grid view with sticking overlays, tempo display, and your username watermark. Notation export renders the pattern as a high-resolution PNG in standard drum notation.

Shareable links let anyone open your pattern directly in DrumShed. They see the full pattern with grid and notation views, hear it play at the configured tempo, and can clone it to their own library. Links are the fastest way to share a specific pattern with a student, bandmate, or social media follower.
