Hand-foot: the kick weave
The kick takes its own note inside the phrase, between the hands and never under them: in eighths, in triplets and in sixteenths. By day 5 you play Kick Answer Fill at 80, two hand notes and a kick moved round the kit. A song to play along with every day (one track).
