Paradiddle flow
The single paradiddle, the double paradiddle and the paradiddle-diddle joined end to end with no gap, in more than one order, then the paradiddle started from a different stroke. By day 5 you play all three in one fill and a triple paradiddle groove on the ride. A song to play along with every day (three tracks).
